Ronan Keating once referred to his former manager Louis Walsh a ‘jealous bullsh***er‘.
Former X Factor judge Louis, 71, formed boy band Boyzone in 1993, and Ronan was one of the five members.
However last week Louis criticized the singer during a discussion on Celebrity Big Brother with Sharon Osbourne, also 71.
During the conversation, he called Ronan a ‘p***k’ and questioned claims that he was a ‘lovely guy’.
‘He hasn’t had a hit record… since I left. He sacked me,’ he added.
Now an old recording where Ronan criticized Louis has emerged, and his own comments were not complimentary about his band’s former manager.
During their dispute in 2006, Ronan can be heard on the tape ranting: ‘He hurt me, he really hurt me and he knows it.
‘I don’t have any time for the guy. We’re a million miles from each other,’ he said, as reported by The Sun.
‘I’ve no respect for Louis because he has none for me. He was very jealous of me.’
He continued: ‘I had to sack him because he wouldn’t manage me.
‘He’s a very selfish character. It’s bullsh** man. He’s a bullsh***er.’
The interview was conducted by biographer and veteran celebrity interviewer Rob McGibbon, who released the tape after hearing Louis’ comments on the ITV reality series.
Ronan had previously said Louis should ‘move on and be happy with what he has achieved’.
‘He’s had a great career. It’s no life to be bitter and talk negatively about people – it festers in your soul,’ he previously told Magic FM’s Magic in the Morning Breakfast Show.
