The judge in the Georgia election interference case involving Donald Trump and others stated that before the case can proceed, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis must step aside or remove the special prosecutor with whom she had a romantic relationship. Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade confirmed at a hearing last month that they were in a romantic relationship but denied claims that Willis benefited improperly from it, as alleged by lawyers for Trump and some of his co-defendants.
