Prue Leith is a chef, restaurateur, and television personality, best known for being a judge on The Great British Bake Off. Born in 1940 in South Africa, she began her TV career in the 70s, and has been see non the likes of Take Six Cooks, Great British Menu and My Kitchen Rules. She joined Bake Off when it debuted on Channel 4 in 2017.
