Oregon Governor Tina Kotek (D) said she will approve a bill that will reverse a key part of the state's drug decriminalization law on Thursday. “I intend to sign House Bill 4002 and the related prevention and treatment investments within the next 30 days,” said Kotek in a statement on Thursday.
