A fire occurred at an Istanbul nightclub during renovations, resulting in the deaths of at least 29 people. One person was injured. The nightclub was situated in a 16-story residential building on the European side of the city, with the fire being extinguished later on Tuesday. The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to Istanbul Gov. Davut Gul. Those who perished were believed to be participating in the renovation work.
