The 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will be revealed on the Sunday, April 21 episode of “American Idol,” airing at 8 p.m. on ABC.
The nominees for this year include Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Eric B. & Rakim, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Jane’s Addiction, Kool & the Gang, Lenny Kravitz, Oasis, Sinéad O’Connor, Ozzy Osbourne and A Tribe Called Quest.
“This impressive list of nominees represents the diverse artists and music that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame acknowledges and celebrates,” stated John Sykes, chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. “Staying true to the essence of Rock & Roll, these artists have developed their own unique sounds that have impacted generations and influenced countless others who have followed in their footsteps.”
