Pregnancy can be a transformative time for many expectant parents and it’s a feeling Katie Price knows only too well as a mum of five.
Now the 45-year-old former glamour model has admitted she’s feeling some symptoms that are very similar to those of a pregnant person.
Katie has made no secret about the fact she’d love another child, having explored IVF and other methods to conceive baby number six with ex Carl Woods.
New man JJ Slater isn’t set to become a dad any time soon she reassured but couldn’t help but share some suspicious symptoms with her sister Sophie.
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, the reality star revealed she had been chatting to her therapist recently about symptoms she was suffering from.
Katie said: ‘I said [to the therapist] “My belly is really bloated, I can’t get my bloated-ness down”. I didn’t know that is a sign of anxiety and stress – it can affect your digestive system.’
Her bloated stomach isn’t the only issue the former I’m A Celeb star is suffering from as she continued: ‘I don’t know if I’m getting Alzheimer’s or Dementia. I asked him, can I get it at my age?
Here her sister Sophie chimed in that her memory is ‘shocking’ but apparently the doctor put everything Katie is feeling down to ‘stress’.
‘At the minute I’m really forgetful, I’m bloated… it’s driving me nuts that I’m like it,’ she shared before letting slip a little baby chat.
‘Even people I see every day I’m like, “do you know what? I’ve just forgotten your name”. And no I’m not pregnant!’
She knowingly added: ‘Sometimes when you’re pregnant your memory plays up.’
When the OnlyFans model was dating Carl, 35, the pair had looked into IVF although this had failed.
In August she spoke to Michelle Visage on her podcast Rule Breakers and revealed she’s not ‘done having babies’.
‘I tried IVF last year and it failed – so I’m going to try again, try again. I’m not giving up. I need more babies,’ Katie revealed.
The couple then looked into, and reportedly successfully enlisted, a surrogate as Katie ‘hasn’t got any more eggs’ so she ‘can’t pop one out’.
Months later the fan who had allegedly agreed to carry her child was said to have backed out after being ‘disrespected’ by the reality star.
Katie already shares son Junior, 18, and daughter Princess, 16, with Peter Andre to whom she was married from 2005 until 2009.
The reality TV star also has eldest Harvey, 21, with ex Dwight Yorke, as well as Jett, 10, and Bunny, nine, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
