A 27-year-old man from Connecticut has been recognized as the person who died under dubious circumstances in Framingham last week.
Framingham Police got an anonymous 911 call on April 11 instructing them to go to a house on Fenwick Street. When officers arrived at approximately 6 p.m. they discovered a deceased man inside the residence “with apparent trauma to his body.”
Last Thursday, the Middlesex District Attorney’s office and Framingham Police confirmed the identity of the individual as Brooks Hood, 27, from Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The DA’s office mentioned that Hood’s body is with the state’s chief medical examiner and a decision on the cause and way of death will be made.
Authorities say they received a search warrant and searched the home after discovering Hood’s body but did not provide details about the search.
