TAMPA, Fla. — European space consulting companies Euroconsult and SpaceTec Partners have revealed their intention to join together on April 5 in order to broaden their services worldwide.
The new organization will be known as Novaspace, bringing together Euroconsult’s expertise in market intelligence with SpaceTec Partners’ strengths in management consulting and closer connections with European Union agencies.
Pacôme Revillon, CEO of Euroconsult, mentioned that the agreement is mainly finalized and is awaiting final documentation and financial transactions.
Euroconsult, which is 40 years old and organizes industry gatherings such as the yearly World Space Business Week in Paris, has branches in France, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and the United States.
SpaceTec Partners, operating for two decades, has branches in Germany and Belgium.
Revillon chose not to reveal specific financial details but stated that most of the deal involved the exchange of shares and brought together around 130 employees from both firms.
This agreement comes two years after U.S.-based competitor Northern Sky Research was acquired by Analysys Mason, a U.K.-based management consultancy with a focus on telecoms, media, and technology.
