Rylan Clark has rushed to assure fans he didn’t expose himself to them accidentally.
The TV star and presenter, 35, was doing a spring clean this week when it looked like he might have shown off the fruits of his labour a little too much.
On Monday Rylan shared a series videos and photos clearing out his clothes.
The first showed multiple piles of clothing items on his floor with the caption: ‘On its way to the charity shop.’
In another, he filmed ’20 bags of clothes’ that were on their way out as well.
However, his next photo may have caused some confusion after he snapped himself in front of a mirror.
Wearing a basketball jersey and white shorts, Rylan wrote it felt like he had ‘run a marathon after the wardrobe clear out’.
But an optical illusion showed what was actually his leg appear as if it was something much different.
Soon after he posted another message to his followers: ‘Also not my willy…it’s a reflection.’
Although Rylan made it clear he wasn’t trying to strip off in front of the camera, he did reveal last month his latest project will see others show off their birthday suits.
Posting a series of snaps on social media, he explained how he’d just spent a month filming reality show Dating Naked UK on an island in Colombia.
‘The best times, The best people, The best memories. Coming soon,’ he wrote.
After being announced last year, the 10-episode series will see singles living together and looking for love while completely starkers.
When revealing his new hosting gig, Rylan confessed he used to host his BBC Radio 2 show without wearing underwear amid the coronavirus pandemic.
‘It is no secret that I love a reality TV show, but this one is going to blow your minds,’ he shared.
He had previously told Alison Hammond while co-hosting This Morning that he’d decided he didn’t need to get dressed at times because no one could see him on his radio programme.
‘No, no one could see me it was just my voice. I’m sat there in my pants, I mean sometimes I might not have them on,’ he shared.
Dating Naked is set to air on Paramount Plus later this year.
