Emmerdale actress Amy Walsh recently had her 37th birthday and posted a seldom seen picture beside Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh.
The Tracy Metcalfe actress looked happy in an Instagram photo holding a glass of wine next to her well-known sibling.
Kimberley, who’s part of the successful girl group captioned the picture: ‘Happy Birthday to my little sis @AmyWalsh. Love you so much,’ with a heart emoji.
This happened after Amy’s spouse and former EastEnders actor shared a series of photos of his wife and their daughter Bonnie to celebrate her birthday.
‘Happy Birthday to my amazing Wife and best Mamma ever,’ he wrote.
‘We love you and are so fortunate to have you. So proud of all the exciting things you are doing right now.’
Toby’s post received more support from former colleagues with actress Lorraine Stanley (Karen Taylor) writing: ‘Happy birthday @amyvwalsh lots of love ✌🏼💞xxxxxxxx.’
Emmerdale actress Ash Palmisciano, who plays Matty Barton on the soap, added a series of heart-eye emojis.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine, Amy’s sister Kimberley previously revealed that she tried out for a part in Emmerdale, but things didn’t go her way.
‘I auditioned for it in the past, but they haven’t gone for the hat-trick.’
The singer explained how she would like to give it a try, but that she is happy to leave it to her sister.
‘It would be funny to go in for a couple of episodes, but that’s definitely Amy’s thing, and I’m happy to leave it to her.’
