President Biden is set to talk on Tuesday about the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore's harbor. It partially collapsed when a cargo ship hit it around 1:30 a.m. EDT.
Earlier today, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) and other officials provided updates on the search and rescue operation. Moore and Baltimore FBI field officer in charge William J. DelBagno stated that there is no indication of terrorism being involved.
Two survivors have been found by late morning, but at least six people are still missing, according to officials.
The president will speak at noon EDT.
