Stacey Solomon was seen smoking a cigarette during some rare free time with her family.
The Loose Women star does not publicly talk about her habit but has been open about her struggles to quit in the past.
Photographed with her husband Joe Swash and kids at a park in north London, the TV favorite dressed casually in a NorthFace Parker jacket, grey hoodie, and cycling shorts.
Stacey was seen having a sneaky cigarette before joining Joe and the kids in the park.
Joe wore a dark grey tracksuit and baseball cap, showing off his new pearly whites as he carried his two youngest.
The 42-year-old EastEnders star was every inch the caring dad as he cradled daughters Rose, two, and Belle, one, in their pajamas.
Sort Your Life Out host, 34, Stacey has shared in the past about her unhealthy smoking habit.
In 2012, the squeaky clean X Factor alum was involved in scandal when she was seen smoking while pregnant.
Following the criticism, she was removed from the shortlist for the Foxy Bingo Celebrity Mum of the Year campaign and faced backlash on social media.
Stacey apologized, having been criticized and branded ‘shameful’ by medical experts.
At the time, however, Stacey’s own doctor explained that pregnancy had been a stressful time for her, so badly that to give up smoking altogether would put her baby in even more danger than the occasional cigarette.
Addressing the scandal, Stacey broke down in tears on This Morning in an interview with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, acknowledging that she had been ‘selfish’ for continuing to smoke while seven months pregnant with her second baby.
Asked by Holly if she had considered the harmful effects of smoking, she said: ‘At the end of the day, nothing that I can say makes it right. All I can say is that from the day I found out that I was pregnant, I have tried my best to give up. I completely understand why people would be angry, because for some people it’s incomprehensible.
‘I understand that it’s a selfish thing to do, so I don’t think the comments are unjustified, although I do think some are a bit harsh.’
Stacey then insisted that she had ‘100% cut down’ from the amount of cigarettes she smoked before becoming pregnant.
‘As soon as you get pregnant, you think you need so stop. I did smoke between five and 10 a day, but I completely cut down and from there on I have been trying to stop.
‘[I’m smoking] between one and three a day, if that… I just thought I would be able to quit. And some days I’ve done really, really well and had none but there are some days when I have had some.
‘I’m doing my best to just go without, but sometimes it’s not just as easy to cut it out.’
After being dropped from the Mum of the Year campaign, the singer understood the decision, saying the brand ‘feel that they have to set a good example’.
‘I have to accept it because, at the end of the day, they can’t be seen to support that,’ she noted.
At the time, Stacey – who now has five children – was a mum to four-year-old son Zachary from a previous relationship, and was engaged to Aaron Barnham.
”Aaron is not happy with it but, at the same time, he’s supportive of me and he will help me no matter what,’ she said when asked what her fiancé thought.
‘He’s always trying to do things with me – all he can do is support me.’
Struggling through tears, Stacey added: ‘I don’t condone it in any way and I think it’s important that people know that. I don’t want people to think it’s ok or that I think it’s ok.’
The TV star’s firstborn is now 15. She also as Leighton, 11, from a past relationship, and shares Rex, three, as well as Rose and Belle with Joe.
