A man and his son who died in an 'incident' have been identified as a woman is taken into custody.
Both individuals are identified as Peter Cooke, with ages of 36 and 68, and were discovered at a location in Hartlepool on Friday evening.
The 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently on police bail.
An inquiry continues into their deaths and specifically trained officers are assisting the family.
They have requested privacy at this time.
