Here are the violations reported in the food safety inspection reports from Montgomery County conducted during the week of March 2-8, 2024.
Each week, we showcase the inspection reports for retail food and drink establishments under the jurisdiction of the Montgomery County Office of Public Health. All establishments are inspected once per year, and inspectors may return several more times if the initial inspection is not passed or complaints are received. (For more information on how food safety inspections are carried out in Pennsylvania, see a list of FAQs.)
As mentioned by the MCOPH, the reports are just a “snapshot” in time, and “may not be representative of the overall, long-term cleanliness of an establishment.” Many of the violations are corrected immediately before the inspector leaves the establishment.
You can access the complete inspection reports for any establishment in the county’s food safety inspection database. To report an illness after eating or drinking at an establishment, use the MCOPH’s complaint form. (Please don’t contact us: we do not inspect restaurants.)
