Billy Coull is the director of House of Illuminati, the organization behind the recent Willy’s Chocolate Experience. Willy’s Chocolate Experience became infamous due to its disappointing nature, leading to Mr. Coull speaking about the situation in a new documentary. Channel 5 In the documentary, he shared how the controversy personally affected him.
He stated: 'My life has been turned around. My life is ruined.'
'I was hoping for an event that would be joyful and happy. I wanted people to experience happiness.'
