Many dead animals were left outside a village store – the second cruel attack on the area.
Bloody bodies of animals have been scattered on the roads and sidewalks in Broughton, Hampshire.
In the recent frightening event, many dead hares were left at the entrance of the community shop.
To add to the shock, the culprits had put an owl and kestrel on the door handles.
They also spread animal blood and entrails on the windows on Thursday night.
Local people think illegal hunters who are part of gangs involved in international gambling are to blame. MailOnline reported.
Mike Jelen, a conservation manager in the area, said:
‘This is now happening twice a week.
‘It’s complete chaos and the police are not doing much about it. By leaving the bodies like this, the poachers are showing no respect for farmers and rural communities’.
Police asked locals to share security camera footage from the area from 3am to 3.45am on Thursday.
In February, dead animals were left outside Awbridge Primary School about 10 miles from the village.
