A man has been taken to the hospital after getting shot in the neck with a crossbow in. London.
A man in his twenties was injured at Arnold Circus, in Shoreditch at around 7.30pm yesterday.
It's believed that he was struck by a dart fired from a crossbow.
He was hospitalized and his condition was determined not to be life-threatening or life-altering.
The incident occurred shortly after a woman in her forties was also wounded with what police suspect to be a crossbow in Club Row, Shoreditch.
Authorities are looking into potential connections between the attacks but no one has been arrested.
A Met Police A spokesperson reported: 'We received a call at 7.27pm on Thursday, March 14, regarding a man found injured in Arnold Circus, E2. Officers arrived within two minutes.
‘They found a man in his twenties with a neck injury. He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-altering.
‘Preliminary investigations suggest that the man may have been hit by a crossbow dart. An inquiry is in progress and further investigations are underway.'
