A man supposedly inserted a stake into his mother’s throat, thinking she was a vampire that bit him during the night.
Robert Bruce Poe, 56, was found standing in a driveway covered in blood on his hands and clothes, holding a bloody purse and letter belonging to his mom, according to police.
