Coronation Street confirmed that Reece Bolton will be back, with actor Scott Anson returning to his role next week.
Reece, a former member of a far-right extremist group led by Griff Reynolds (Michael Condron), is returning to the show. The group caused fear among the residents of the cobbles from 2022 to 2023.
Lauren (Cait FittonReece's daughter was manipulated by her father to do the group's bidding, causing a rivalry with Daryan Zahawi (Twana Omer). Max Turner (Paddy BeverDaryan Zahawi, who was targeted by the group, had suspicions about Griff, Reece, and their associates.
Aya Nazir (Sair KhanHer suspicions were confirmed when she discovered a bomb in a van outside Speed Daal and drove it away to save lives.
Speed Daal and, determined to get it as far away as possible, she drove the vehicle out of the eponymous street, saving countless lives in the process Reece and Griff were arrested, and Reece is still in prison for his actions. He, however, will make an on-screen return next week when Max visits him in prison after learning about Lauren’s disappearance..

Roy is suspected of the crime, and upcoming scenes will show Reece sending two enforcers to confront him in his cafe, putting Roy in serious danger.

Roy unfortunately winds up in the frame, after Bobby (Jack Carroll) reports his suspicions to the police, with the much-loved cafe owner left facing a life behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit.
Upcoming scenes will see Reece, having got wind of Roy’s implication in the crime, send two heavies to confront the show legend in his signature cafe, leaving Roy in serious danger.
