Part of the M25 has been closed today after a terrible crash caused traffic to stop.
The police in Herts say 'several' individuals have been taken to the hospital after a minibus crashed into a Ford C-Max at around 5am this morning.
Sections 21 and 22 of the motorway have been temporarily closed due to the 'serious' crash, and drivers have been told to stay away and find a different route.
The specific number of injuries has not been confirmed yet, but the police have said there are no deaths.
Traffic is currently moving from the end of the line, and there are delays on the A414 as drivers avoid the road closure.
National Highways say there is around 2.5 miles of buildup on approach, and they say there is currently no estimated time for reopening.
At the same time, the police are asking for witnesses after a deadly crash involving an Amazon HGV occurred on the M62 this morning.
The emergency services were called to the site of the crash, which happened on the eastbound carriageway near Junction 29 (Lofthouse) at around 3:30am.
The crash involved a white Audi A3 traveling in the opposite direction of traffic and a Renault HGV. The male driver of the Audi was pronounced dead at the site shortly after.
A road closure is in effect while crash investigators determine exactly what happened.
