Today, Apple sent out some exceedingly unsubtle invites to an event on March 2nd, at which the iPad 2 will presumably be announced. Awkward tagline aside, rumors have suggested the iPad 2 will have an improved processor (possibly dual-core, like the Motorola Xoom and BlackBerry Playbook), a front-facing camera, more memory, and (less likely) an SD card slot and an improved display. It may also come in a CDMA version for Verizon compatibility. Engadget
