Witness testimony in the trial regarding former President Trump’s hush money is scheduled to start for a third week on Monday.
Up to this point, the jury has received testimony from important individuals involved in the investigation, such as ex-National Enquirer publisher David Pecker, attorney Keith Davidson, and Hope Hicks, who was once a close political confidante of the former president.
Expected to testify is a woman central to the case, porn star Stormy Daniels, who received a $130,000 payment to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump before he entered politics, a claim he refutes.
