Erik ten Hag continues to be without several of his Manchester United players for their FA Cup semi-final, with their list of injuries growing for the showdown against Coventry City on Sunday.
United were dealt a significant setback on Saturday after it was revealed Mason MountSofyan Amrabat and Willy Kambwala will both miss today’s match due to injury.
United already have a lot of injury problems in defense, with Tyrell Malacia, Luke ShawLisandro Martinez, Victor Lindelof, Jonny Evans, and Raphael Varane all unavailable.
A lack of options has led Kambwala to join Harry Maguire at the center of defense, with the 19-year-old playing in United’s last two matches. His absence now leaves Maguire as the only available option, with Casemiro in contention to drop back and partner him in defense.
Antony missed the trip to Bournemouth last weekend, and this week United denied rumors of a disagreement with ten Hag The club stated the Brazil international missed out due to a minor injury and Antony was seen back in training on Tuesday, making him available for selection today..
Alejandro Garnacho, who was substituted at half-time in the 2-2 draw, was also seen at Carrington after his social media activity following that game received attention.
