The Palang Pracharath party will be the host for a meeting with other coalition parties this month, but the meeting is not related to changing the cabinet, Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin told the media today.
The Pheu Thai party hosted the first coalition party meeting, and the second one was hosted by the Bhumjaithai party.
Pol Gen Patcharawat Wongsuwan, the advisory chief of Palang Pracharath party, has not yet set the date for the next gathering, said the prime minister, as he denied media speculation about discussing a cabinet reshuffle.
As the head of the government, Srettha expressed that the most important things he expects from individual ministers are good performance and results.
There has been media speculation about changing the cabinet, leading to lobbying by some ministers, he said, adding that he has clearly stated that good performance is the best protection for his ministers.
