A throuple in a relationship with a ghost named Rupert have found out that he looks exactly like a character from the TV show This Morning. This Morning star.
Guests on the TV show, Rebekah and Katharyn, surprised hosts ITV A throuple on the show shocked hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary as they talked about their spooky love life.
They revealed that they’re dating the ghost of Rupert, a former member of the British Army.
Rebekah explained: ‘It started with me walking past a very haunted place, later in the evening time and he was concerned I was walking home alone.’
She said it wasn’t something she was actively looking for, but rather a combination of fate, accident and open-mindedness.
Next to Rupert’s empty chair, Rebekah confirmed that ‘he is here in spirit’, and described him as ‘very tall’ at 6’6, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
‘I’m getting Disney vibes,’ Dermot said as he compared the AI image of Rupert to their own This Morning vet Dr Scott.
‘That’s Dr Scott!’ Alison and Dermot said, adding: ‘You’re literally going out with the ghost… of our resident vet.’
Talking about Rupert’s ‘presence’, Rebekah went on to talk about how she’s seen him with her physical eyes as the ‘outline of a man’, and with her ‘inner eyes’ clairvoyance’, while also feeling goosebumps and temperature changes when he is around.
After meeting Rupert in 2020, Rebekah then became romantically involved with paranormal investigator Katharyn, who claimed to help prove his existence.
Rebekah explained: ‘Sometimes you hang out all together, sometimes you spend time in different places.
‘Oftentimes when I’m going on a walk, that’s the time I can spend with Rupert and then coming back home, we can watch TV together.
‘And sometimes we all hang out at the same time, we have similar interests, we really enjoy going to historic places.
‘And both of you fill my life in very different ways, emotional ways, and it’s even hard to explain because I feel so full, and it’s a unique thing.’
She added though that she wouldn’t recommend her situation with other people, saying it comes with ‘a lot of understanding’.
While Alison admitted she was ‘invested’ in the trio’s story, she also asked about possible cynicism from others, to which Katharyn responded: ‘It’s just like when someone that you love has passed away, you don’t lose love for that person, you continue to love that person even after, and I’ve met so many people who say, “Yes I feel my loved one with me,” it’s the same concept, it’s just they met under different circumstances.’
‘Rupert and I have an understanding,’ Rebekah said, adding: ‘He doesn’t want to get in the way of me having a physical existence, of living a full life. He’s not around to keep that from me.’
Viewers have been surprised by the entire story, although Alison confessed they were enjoying their ‘best lives’ and she would be interested in having a Rupert in her own life.
