A state of emergency has been enforced in a Russian city due to nuclear contamination.
The Russian authorities have not explained what is causing the alarming radiation in Khabarovsk.
A mysterious source of radiation was removed and placed in a protective container, then transported to a radioactive waste storage facility.
However, a state of emergency will continue for at least three more days in the Industrialny district of the city, as authorities investigate the origin of the leak.
It seems to have taken a week for the authorities to take action.
A person wearing a nuclear protective mask is seen in the dark with a radiation reader that quickly increases as he walks over a 'waste dump'.
His reader alarmed at 0.45 microsieverts and the highest reading visible on the screen is 5.99.
Yet, the man in the video claims there was a reading of 20, potentially enough to raise the risk of cancer, harm DNA, cause fetal damage, and endanger children's health.

Surprisingly, the potentially deadly radiation leak in Khabarovsk was known for about a week before action was taken or the public was informed, according to reports.
A 'boy' who first detected the radiation on 28 March had reported it to the Russian special services, but it was only today that a state of emergency was declared.
Andrey Kolchin, head civil defense in the city, stated: 'A source of increased radiation levels was discovered, and the area was cordoned off.
It was decided to declare a state of emergency in Khabarovsk to expedite the work.
Authorities asserted that there is no threat to life.
A source at Radon nuclear agency said: 'The radiation source was removed and placed in a protective container, then transported to a radioactive waste storage facility.'
There is no environmental pollution and no threat to society.
Khabarovsk, which is close to the border with China, has a population of 630,000.
