Around 48,000 voters in that state voted for “uninstructed” instead of the current leader in the Democratic Party contest. This number continues a series of symbolic but very visible actions showing opposition to the Biden administration’s support for Israel’s conflict with Hamas.
Thaer Ahmad, a Palestinian American emergency doctor, left a White House discussion about the critical situation in the area. The doctor, who helped in Gaza in January, left to show what he sees as an unwillingness to listen to people affected by the humanitarian crisis.
