Spring temperatures are definitely coming soon and in London this Saturday it's going to be even hotter than Los Angeles.
But there's a catch. The UK is preparing for strong winds as Storm Olivia arrives this weekend.
London and the east are forecasted to reach highs of 20°C on Saturday, while in LA it will only be 15°C.
Ahead of the warm temperatures, Storm Olivia, named by the Portuguese Met Service, will bring gusty showers weather across the UK on Friday.
Saturday will continue to be unseasonably windy due to a low-pressure area across the northern and western parts.
It will also be windy in the southeast and London, but temperatures will rise, making it the warmest day of the year so far and the first time this year that temperatures rise above 20°C.
The Met Office said: ‘Periods of rain and showers will persist over the next few days and become increasingly windy.
‘Fairly mild in the south and becoming progressively milder in the north after a chilly start.’
But it's not all good news because temperatures will begin to drop from Sunday and another low-pressure area will dominate the UK from Monday.
And in Northern Ireland, it will feel much cooler at 13°C in both Belfast and Londonderry.
The warmer conditions arrive after heavy April showers this week.
The Met Office warned Brits will face rain for the next 14 days, and this week we will experience everything from strong winds to rain, and some sunny spells.
This follows a varied Easter weekend during which people in the south enjoyed 18°C while those in the north endured chillier conditions.
Flood warnings are still in place for parts of the UK, particularly across the south and east of England.
