Here are the violations found in food safety inspection reports from Montgomery County for the week of March 16-22, 2024.
We spotlight the inspection reports for retail food and drink places overseen by the Montgomery County Office of Public Health. Inspectors check each place once a year, and may return if the initial inspection is not passed or complaints are made. (For more details on how food safety inspections are done in Pennsylvania, you can see a list of FAQs.)
According to the MCOPH, the reports are just a “snapshot” in time, and “may not reflect the overall, long-term cleanliness of an establishment.” Many violations are fixed on the spot before the inspector leaves.
You can see the full inspection reports for any place in the county’s food safety inspection database. To report sickness after eating or drinking at a place, use the MCOPH’s complaint form. (Please don’t reach out to us: we don’t inspect restaurants.)
