Chance Perdomo, an actor famous for his performances in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and “Gen V,” passed away in a motorcycle accident at the age of 27.
“With great sadness, we announce that Chance Perdomo has passed away due to a motorcycle accident, on behalf of the family and his representatives,
The statement stated that no one else was involved in the accident. Further details were not immediately available.
“His love for the arts and strong zest for life was evident to all who knew him, and his warmth will be remembered by those closest to him. Kindly respect the family’s request for privacy as they grieve the loss of their beloved son and brother,” the statement continued.
Perdomo portrayed Andre Anderson on “Gen V,” a spin-off of the Amazon Prime series, “The Boys.” He also portrayed Ambrose Spellman in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.” His character was a pansexual, powerful warlock and was a cousin to Sabrina Spellman, The Associated Press reported.
Amazon MGM Studies and Sony Pictures Television released a statement honoring Perdomo.
“The entire Gen V family is devastated by the passing of Chance Perdomo. Amazon MGM Studies and Sony Pictures Television offer our sincere thoughts and support to Chance’s family and all who cherished him during this challenging time,” a statement read, posted onto Amazon Studios’ account on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday.
