Arsenal will have all players ready for Sunday’s important match against Manchester City, with some injured players also going.
The Gunners were worried about the fitness of three players before their game at the Etihad Stadium, with Gabriel Magalhaes and Bukayo Saka both having to withdraw from international duty.
Gabriel Martinelli, on the other hand, got a foot injury at the beginning of the month and missed matches against Brentford and Porto.
All three players seemed to miss Friday’s training session, with no photos of them on Arsenal's website later that evening.
Thomas Partey and Takehiro Tomiyasu, who have also been recovering from injuries, were seen participating in the session.
But it seems that Mikel Arteta will have a full squad to select from, with Gabriel, Saka, and Martinelli all seen with the rest of the team on Sunday morning in Manchester.
The Gunners always take a customary, pre-match walk around the city before away games, and all three players were seen with the group.
However, it doesn't necessarily mean they will all play, as injured players have joined the squad for away matches before.
But it looks like Arsenal may be able to use at least one of the injured players, and Arteta was always positive that they would be able to play some part against City.
‘There is a chance [they can play],’ Arteta said at his pre-match press conference on Friday.
‘They haven’t trained. Tomorrow we have another session, so there is a chance that they can be available.’
City, however, will be without both Kyle Walker and John Stones for the match, as they got injured while playing for England last week.
Pep Guardiola is also worried about the fitness of Manuel Akanji, who got injured playing for Switzerland, but Ederson is ‘much better’ and should be back as the goalkeeper, and Kevin De Bruyne might also be available.
