Celebrity Big Brother is reportedly coming back next year for a second series.
The famous reality show’s spinoff was a big success for ITV as David Potts won after living with housemates like Louis Walsh, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Ferne Britton.
Now, while there hasn't been an announcement yet, ITV bosses are planning to revive CBB next spring after another season of the civilian version later this year.
Ibiza Weekender’s David Potts emerged as the winner last weekend, with Strictly Come Dancing pro Nikita Kuzmin finishing as the runner-up.
Former X Factor judge Louis also reached the final, along with This Morning’s Fern and Coronation Street star Colson Smith.
‘ITV bosses are very happy with the way the first Celebrity Big Brother series was received by the public,’ a source told MailOnline.
‘It was incredibly popular with viewers and diehard fans of the show, thanks to the brilliant casting of stars such as Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh.’
While there hasn't been an official announcement yet, it seems very likely at this point.
The insider added: ‘Nothing has formally been commissioned yet but everyone is looking to go again and the search is already on for the perfect housemates.’
