Vladimir Putin’s brutal attacks on Ukraine came dangerously close to Nato borders on Friday.
Russia used around 99 missiles and kamikaze drones to attack power plants in central areas of Ukraine, intentionally targeting civilian infrastructure.
The latest attack on the country's already damaged power infrastructure left people without electricity.
Nato had to quickly send its fighter jets to Poland during the attacks in the early hours of today.
The Operational Command of the Polish armed forces stated on X: 'Polish and allied aircraft are currently operating in Polish airspace, which may lead to increased noise levels, especially in the southeastern part of the country.'
In a location outside of Poland, parts of a drone were found on a farm in Nato-member Romania, near the border with Ukraine.

The Romanian ministry of defence mentioned that the farm is situated near the Danube river, which divides the two countries at Ukraine’s southwestern edge.
A report stated: 'On the evening of 28 March, pieces that seem to be from an aerial device [drone] were discovered on a farm in the Great Braila Island.
‘The ministry of national defence, along with specialized structures within the national defence system, public order and national security, is investigating the incident on Friday, March 29, following specific operational procedures.'
This also happened after officials in Moldova reported hearing three explosions near its border with Ukraine during the night.
The explosions seem to have occurred in Ukraine’s Novodnestrovsk region, just north of the Moldovan border.
Even though Moldova is not a Nato member, it does work with the alliance and contributes to peacekeeping missions.
