Biden is in New York after he enlisted Obama and Clinton for an event with many famous people in New York City on Thursday evening. The event is anticipated to attract over 5,000 supporters and raise over $25 million, according to the campaign.
The event, as well as the podcast recording, signify rare occasions when Biden, Obama, and Clinton are all together in the same place.
Obama, a significant supporter for Biden this cycle, flew on Air Force One with Biden to New York City earlier on Thursday.
The event was led by Biden campaign Co-Chair Jeffrey Katzenberg, finance Chair Rufus Gifford, Biden Victory Fund finance Chair Chris Korge and Anna Wintour.
Important guests from Mindy Kaling and Ben Platt to Queen Latifah and Lizzo are expected to attend, and late-night host Stephen Colbert will facilitate a discussion with the three presidents.
