Celebrity Big Brother 2024 finalists have been revealed on tonight’s episode after one last eviction took place.
Bradley Riches didn't make it to the final episode after a ‘cruel’ exit.
The housemates were taken by surprise by the eviction and were expecting a treat instead.
‘This is Big Brother. Housemates, your time in the Celebrity Big Brother house has nearly come to an end.
‘The past three weeks have seen you jockey for position in horse racing, enforce law and order at Big Brother’s police department, have your day in court and face a fairytale ending,’ a booming voice announced to the house.
They added: ‘But now it’s time for you to receive the ultimate reward. Big Brother will call one housemate at a time to make their way to the rendezvous.’
One-by-one they entered the task room for a ‘rendezvous’ with a loved one. As part of the task, Louis Walsh, 71, was reunited with 80s popstar Sinitta who told him some ‘home truths’.
After taking a seat on the bench, Sinitta, 60, hit him with a T-shirt that she’d brought as a gift and told him: ‘Everyone in the house is nice except you.’
‘I’m just me,’ Louis replied.
‘You could win this. I don’t know how but you really could. I have laughed so much,’ she told Louis.
A taken aback Louis also remarked how good she looked before taking the t-shirt, which had her song title ‘Toyboy’ splashed across it.
Although, it seemed like a sweet encounter between old friends, Louis’ true thoughts were revealed in an exclusive clip on Late and Live.
Louis told housemates he hadn’t seen her for years, and concluded that she was chosen due to her availability.
Each housemate had one minute at the rendezvous while their fellow housemates watched live from the lounge.
Ibiza Weekender’s David Potts was reunited with a close friend, Coronation Street actor Colson Smith saw his mum again, and presenter Fern Britton became tearful when her daughter arrived.
When it was Stirctly Come Dancing star Nikita Kuzmin’s turn he was gifted time with his girlfriend Lauren Jaine, and the pair spent a lot of their time kissing.
Bradley was the final person to get his time with a loved one, but instead, it was AJ Odudu, who arrived at the scene to inform him that he was the seventh person to be evicted.
‘Surprised to see me?’ she asked.
‘As you can see neither a friend nor family member is here for you. That is because the public have been voting. I can now reveal that the seventh housemate to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house is you.’
The Heartstopper actor was given 30 seconds to head back to the house and say goodbye to his fellow housemates.
Bradley, 22, then went to the diary room where he thought about the experience.
‘What a day. I feel like I had the absolute best time. I’m so thankful,’ he said before adding that he’d made amazing friends in the house.
‘I was afraid to do it and I’ve done it,’ he finished.
Celebrity Big Brother viewers reacted to the ‘heartbreaking’ moment on X.
‘That was very sad. Nikita just crying with his head in his hands and Bradley just being so thankful to them all. That was so cruel,’ wrote Wando.
Sophie added: ‘Oh my god that was evil! Poor Bradley!’
Other viewers called the choice to kick him out in that manner was ‘brutal’ and felt he deserved better.
Bradley’s exit means that Louis, Fern, 66, Nikita, 26, David, 30, and Colson, 25, are this year’s official finalists.
After getting over the shock of Bradley leaving, the final five popped the champagne and celebrated by singing along to Walking On Sunshine by Katrina And The Waves, and I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston. That’s also how we celebrate all bittersweet news.
Louis called it the ‘strangest three weeks’ of his life, while David said he’d done everything possible in the experience. With his eyes firmly on the prize, he added: ‘The only thing left to do is win.’
Bradley’s eviction was reminiscent of Matty’s pre-final exit on the series last year. Each housemate received a letter from home, with the 24-year-old doctor from the Isle of Man getting his last.
Reading out his letter, Yinrun shared what at first seemed to be a heartfelt message to Matty from a loved one, however when she got to the end it concluded with the addition: ‘But unfortunately your time here is up.’
As the lights dimmed, it was revealed the public vote had resulted in him being the 11th housemate to be evicted.
He then had 30 seconds to leave the house and then said he knew it was his ‘time to go’ when speaking to Big Brother.
Celebrity Big Brother: Live Final airs tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX
