Chelsea and Liverpool are aiming to sign PSV Eindhoven's Johan Bakayoko as a top transfer target for the summer window, as per reports.
Manchester United were were heavily linked with Bakayoko in January and another Premier League club, Brentford, had a €40m bid rejected.
Bakayoko's price tag is €50m-€60m as both Chelsea and Liverpool compete with Manchester City for his signature. reportedly Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund are also keeping an eye on Bakayoko's situation.
The 20-year-old Belgian international has spent his entire senior career at Dutch club PSV, progressing through their youth academy.
He can play as a winger or forward and has performed well in the Eredivisie this season, with six goals and eight assists in 25 games.
Bakayoko netted a goal in PSV’s 1-1 Champions League draw against Lens earlier this season and also played in both group games against Arsenal.

He is on course to secure the Eredivisie title this season, with PSV currently 10 points clear at the top of the Dutch top-flight table.
Bakayoko is contracted with PSV until the summer of 2026 and has earned nine caps for Belgium.
Man Utd were connected to him in January.
