Before Charlie Fairhead's departure, Casualty has confirmed that tomorrow's episode of the medical drama will not be available early.
In December, it was announced that Casualty will start uploading their new episodes on BBC iPlayer at 6am, similar to EastEnders.
This will allow fans to watch the episode early if they cannot catch the broadcast on BBC One in the evening.
While this is good, it also has a downside, as it increases the risk of spoilers being revealed to those who have not seen the episode yet.

Tomorrow, as his friends and colleagues try to save his life, Charlie begins to drift in and out of consciousness. During this time, viewers will see flashback scenes from the beginning of Charlie's career as a nurse.

Before his departure, Derek has been contemplating his final storyline as Charlie and has described the last two episodes as 'some of the best episodes of [his] career'.
'When I first read the script, I didn't have to think about it at all, because it's just great storytelling. Michelle Lipton has written these episodes as if she's written eight plays, from so many perspectives,' he said.
'I don't think there's another writer who could have done it. Charlie is everyone. Charlie is a real person. He simply brings the audience into the show and serves as their moral conscience. He's a representative of the audience.'
